How it Works
How may I receive a quote for my content
You send your file(s), once verified, we evaluate it(them) in order to set a price. It is usually based in the word count of the file or per page.
How do I submit a translation project?
You may press the “Order translation” blue button on the top right of the page, it will lead you to an email if it does not work, you may use WeTransfer.com in order to help to get the file(s)
How much does it cost?
For normal non-certified translations the fee is $0.03 per word or $20 per page, for ATA certified translations or other requests please ask in the field of the form.
How long does it take?
We will tell you the projected time frame for your translation, but the average speed is 5,000 words per day in normal translations. It means that usually they are done within one day!
How it is paid for?
We accept PayPal as an intermediary for the payments, we also accept Western Union and direct account deposits. The payments are made in advance once the quote is approved by the client.
Who sees the documents for translation?
The file is saw by the secretary that receives it, the project manager and the translator, no one else sees your file, since is is an encrypted website.
